work of parody for entertainment purposes? Yes it is! It is protected
as permissible speech under the U.S. Constitution, and under
trademark and copyright statute. We
accept no responsibility for property loss resulting from
zombies, or from zombies you might order instead of a
pizza. Of course we are not affiliated with Papa John's. and
you would be stupid to believe they deliver zombies, though
some of their delivery folk do look like zombies. but we are
sure Papa John's does screen their delivery people to keep
out the walking dead. Papa John's is also not
affiliated with us, and the use of the above graphics is
only for fun (read: parody), and because we think pizza guys
may all be zombies, raised from the dead, and sent driving
on our streets at insane speeds. However, it's always a good idea
to keep your distance when accepting a pizza from a delivery
zombie, and count your fingers afterwards, just to be sure!
